About us

Sue and Lyn have developed the one day series, drawing upon their years of experience both playing and, most importantly, coaching netball. Based in the "Wild West" of  Australia, both have built up an extensive list of coaching positions from state and national competition, right through to
international appointments.

Whist their knowledge of the game is second to none, it is their ability to teach others their art that makes GBU the "jedi-masters" guide to coaching. Meet the sheriffs of the game!

She got her first big break when she was appointed head coach of the Singapore national team for the 1999 World Netball Championships in New Zealand.
At those titles, Sue led the country to a 12th place finish; the highest ever world ranking by any Singaporean sporting team. She spent three years at the helm and during her stay played a pivotal role in the implementation and development of the Singapore Netball Super League, which still runs today.

After returning to Australia, Sue coached the Western Australian Under 21s state team in 2005, to their first national championship victory in over four decades. This success elevated Sue to the state number one coaching position; head coach of the Perth Orioles in the National Netball League (CBT). In 2008 she led the West Coast Fever in the inaugural season of Trans Tasman League, the ANZ Championship.
